A mission-driven strategist and trusted advisor, Cristy brings deep cross-sector experience in healthcare, telecommunications, banking, aviation, government, and community development with expertise in strategic marketing, communications and project management.
Cristy founded VIS to support organizations in delivering on their mission while building sustainable, people-centered systems. She partners with clients to strengthen internal capacity, drive equity, and spark innovation, especially in rapidly evolving and resource-constrained environments.
Her approach blends strategic discipline with a relational mindset empowering teams, guiding inclusive decision-making, and ensuring communities remain at the center of the work.
